If you thought the day of the traditional butcher was over,
then think again. Ingram’s is a small family farm specialising
in the production of the finest quality Pork from their farm
in Aberdeenshire.
Established in 1994, as a pig farm they sought to offer
the public a greater quality of pork. In 1999, they began
producing their own bacon and sausages, right here on
their farm in Newburgh.
Their pigs are cared for through every step of the process
from farm to fork. Produced under the highest welfare
standards, being fed with cereal produced on farm and
bedded using their own straw.
All of their pork is produced under the “Scottish Quality
Pork brand” which guarantees that their customers know
exactly where their meat has originated from.
These days there are so many adverse reports about meat
products and their good and bad points, it is good to know
there is a butcher right in the heart of Aberdeenshire that
you can really trust.
