Coffee Shop
The coffee shop would like to extend
a very warm welcome to all our
customers - past, present and future.
As a well-established addition of
Happy Plant Garden Centre in Mintlaw,
our aim is to offer our customers the
opportunity to relax in our friendly and
relaxing coffee shop, whilst enjoying a
selection of top quality refreshments.
All of our food is locally sourced and
freshly prepared daily.
The Coffee Shop is run on a self-service
basis, but if you need help, please ask.
Our staff will be happy to assist you.
In order to be of assistance to our
disabled customers, there is a wide
ramp up to the entrance of the coffee
shop. The furniture is designed to
allow the occupants of wheelchairs
to be seated comfortably at the
table. There are also disabled toilets
complete with easy grip rails.
Drinks
- need to quench that thirst
after all that shopping? Why not get
one of our trained Barista staff to
make you a flavoured latte? We have
soooo many to choose from! Or
why not have a good old cup of tea?
We also make coffees, espressos,
cappuccinos, luxury hot chocolates
with marshmallows, cream and
sprinkles mmmmmmm. All of our
coffee is made with Fairtrade and
Organic coffee beans. Of course, we
have a fridge full of cold drinks.
Light Bites
- we have a large range of
freshly made sandwiches, toasties,
paninis and jacket potatoes with an
array of fillings from chicken mayo,
bacon, brie & cranberry, prawns and
lots more all served with side salad,
crisps and coleslaw.
Breakfast
- why not set yourself up
for the day with one of our breakfast,
served from 9.30 to 11.30. You can
go for the full works, sausages,
bacon, tattie scone, tomato, beans,
mushrooms, black pudding, egg, toast
or why not try one of our breakfast
rolls with a choice of fillings and wash
it all down with a refreshing glass of
orange juice.
Lunch
- all of our food is freshly
prepared each day. We have daily
Hotplate Specials that can be anything
from homemade steak pie to good
old fashioned macaroni cheese, beef
olives to succulent chicken and gravy.
We also serve two homemade soups
every day and have a range of fresh
oven baked bread and rolls to have
with your soup.
